Three innocent bystanders including a toddler were shot this evening at Times Square when a man arguing with three others took out a gun and started shooting randomly at the crowd gathered around.

Outside of 1515 Broadway, the gunfire started at almost 5 in the evening when a dispute between four men turned violent. One of the men pulled out his gun and shot three bystanders - none of them any related to the hot argument - including a four-years old girl who was hit in the leg.

Police rendered aid immediately while the shooter fled on public transit.
 

The victims weren't fatally shot and are in stable condition.
