There is a huge belief about coffee and children. Children aren't usually allowed to consume caffeine as a wide range of people believe coffee to prevent their growth.
But the studies prove the myth wrong. There is no such evidence of caffeine altering children's growth and development – physically or mentally.
In fact, there are other factors that largely impact upon child's growth. Parent's health and height could greatly make difference to that of their children.
