Former Europen Central Bank Chief Mario Draghi is set to be sworn in as the new prime minister of the country. He has the responsibility to guide his country through the devastation wrought by the Pandemic.
The 73-year-old is known as Super Mario for rescuing Europe through its debt crisis while he was the chief of the European Central Bank.
Mario has put together a national unity government involving most of Italy's political parties.

Draghi was parachuted in by President Sergio Mattarella after the previous center-left coalition under premier Giuseppe Conte collapsed, leading Italy rudderless at a critical time.
Draghi has spent the last few days assembling a coalition.
He formally accepted to be the Prime Minister of Italy in a meeting with President Mattarella.
Draghi will be sworn in as the Prime minister on Saturday noon (Italian Time) at the presidential palace.
