Similar death cases have been frequent in Russia lately. Out of 6 other deaths, 5 were being treated against Coronavirus and the sixth was a doctor who had complained about PPE shortage. With head injuries, another doctor who fell from hospital window is going through treament.

Relatives  of the victims have suggested the drug being faulty as the patients often experienced suicidal thoughts. Yet, Kagansky's death, too, is labeled 'mysterious' just as the rest.
