Joe Biden and his transtion team are already working on to ensure The White House is completely cleaned and disinfected as Trump leaves.
President-elect Joe Biden and his transition team are already making arrangements to ensure that the White House, which has been plagued by a series of COVID-19 infections due to President Donald Trump's disregard for virus security measures, is safe enough to move in on January 20 for the 78-year-old Biden.
According to Politico, hours after Trump exits the premises, Biden's transition team will have the White House completely cleaned by General Services Administration (GSA) staff members.
A GSA spokesperson told Politico that any area of the East and West Wings that people have touched, including furniture and doorknobs, will be "thoroughly cleaned and disinfected" by the workers.
Reportedly, a private contractor may also provide "disinfectant misting services."
