In Stamford, Vermont, The Flash actor Ezra Miller has been charged with felony burglary, the latest in a line of events involving the troubled actor.
In a report released Monday, Vermont State Police stated that they responded to a burglary complaint in Stamford on May 1 and discovered that many bottles of alcohol were stolen while the homeowners were away.
Police charged Miller, 29, after reviewing security footage and interviewing witnesses.
According to the police report, Miller was discovered just before midnight on Sunday and issued a summons to appear in Vermont Super Court on September 26 for arraignment.
The criminal charge adds to Miller's escalating legal difficulties and erratic behavior concerns.
This year, the actor was detained twice in Hawaii for disorderly conduct and harassment at a karaoke club, and second-degree assault.
This year, the parents of 18-year-old Native American activist Tokata Iron Eyes also requested a protection order against Miller.
They accused him of grooming their daughter and engaging in other inappropriate behavior with her since she was 12 years old. Tokata Iron Eyes recently stated to Insider that these claims are incorrect.
Miller's attorneys did not immediately reply to requests for comment on the Vermont felony charge or the Tokata Iron Eyes protection order.
After starring in multiple films for Warner Bros. and DC Films as the Flash, Miller will lead the June 2023 release of the standalone feature The Flash.
Although Warner Bros. canceled the nearly finished Batgirl picture last week, the studio has hinted it will still release The Flash.
David Zaslav, the CEO of Warner Bros. Discovery, mentioned The Flash in his company's quarterly report last week.
"We have previously viewed The Flash, Black Adam, and Shazam 2." We are ecstatic about them, "Mr. Zaslav stated. "We believe that they are fantastic and that we can make them even better."
