On Wednesday, family members and survivors of recent mass shootings in Uvalde, Texas, and Buffalo, New York, will testify before the House Oversight Committee during a hearing on gun violence.
Zeneta Everhart, the mother of Zaire Goodman, who survived the May 14 shooting that murdered ten people at a Tops Friendly Market in Buffalo, will testify during the hearing.
Miah Cerrillo, a fourth-grade student who covered herself in a friend's blood and pretended to be dead to survive the May 24 shooting at Uvalde's Robb Elementary School, will also speak.
Felix and Kimberly Rubio, the parents of Lexi Rubio, one of the ten students killed in the Uvalde massacre, will also address the panel.
