On Sunday (15 May), the annual Billboard Music Awards were hosted in Las Vegas to recognize and honor the music industry's most fantastic chart-topping performers.

Drake, Kanye West, and Olivia Rodrigo won the evening's most prestigious honors at a ceremony presented by the musician P Diddy.

Rodrigo has already won the awards for New Artist, Hot 100 Artist, Streaming Songs Artist, Radio Songs Artist, Billboard Global 200 Artist, and Billboard 200 Album. However, she is still vying against Adele, Doja Cat, Dua Lipa, and Taylor Swift for Top Female Artist.

Meanwhile, Drake, the singer of "Certified Lover Boy," received five awards, including Top Artist, Top Male Artist, and Top Rap Artist.

West, who legally changed his name to Ye last year, won all of the gospel-related prizes of the evening, including Christian and Gospel Artist, Christian and Gospel Album, and Christian and Gospel Song.

Doja Cat, Bad Bunny, and Taylor Swift are also multiple-time BBMA-winning musicians.

The ceremony, held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, also featured performances from celebrities such as Travis Scott and Morgan Wallen after Diddy declared that his objective for the evening was to "uncancel the canceled."
