Whenever a socialist wins the US has a 'Trump card' in its pocket. The 'Trump' card word might be more relevant than ever since the accusations of falsifying the US election by the United States President Donald Trump.

Although the Biden administration strongly stood against Trump's accusations, it has not taken a step back in accusing such for the other countries.

The United States has said it will intensify pressure on Nicaragua's socialist government and has accused that the elections in the Central American country which will be held on the 7th of November to be false.

Reuters reports that the Biden administration is expected to issue a statement soon regarding the "Nicaragua situation."

The leader of the Sandinista National Liberation Front and the current President Daniel Ortega is expected to win the elections in Nicaragua, who is strongly anti-imperialist which has troubled the American hegemony in the region.

The US, which has been long in control of Latin America is losing its grip as the country like Bolivia and Venezuela have joined the anti-imperialist block with Cuba. Chile, Nicaragua, Peru have been the recent addition to the block, which has challenged the North's hegemony in Central America.

Daniel Ortega is hailed in Nicaragua for its people-centered changes including Universal Free Health Care, which has been limited as Biden's promise in the USA which the administration is not even expected to work on.
