British negotiators with France on post-Brexit fishing licenses have been "productive," according to French Transport Minister Jean-Baptiste Djebbari.

The Cornelis Gert Jan, a British dredger, was apprehended in French seas near Le Havre last Wednesday as a result of a fish dispute between London and Paris.
