Six Palestinian resistance fighters fighting against the Israeli occupation of the country escaped through a high-security prison using a tunnel.
They were held at Gilboa prison in Northern Israel Palestine.
Five of the escapees belonged to a movement affiliated to a front line Fateh(Victory) party, one of whom was a former commander.
The prison which is just a four-kilometer outside of the Westbank is used to captivate the Palestinians who are suspected of conducting "anti-Israeli" activities.
The far-right Prime Minister of the country called this to be a Grave incident.
Israel has occupied all of Palestine, except for Gaza which is in the control of Hamas. Palestinians have been fighting to get their country back which has so far been unsuccessful.
