"I think that it is more likely that the United States and Russia will end up to the war, a full-fledged war with full power, and this war will be the result of cyberattacks," Biden said yesterday in a meeting with some US intelligence and security professionals.
He went on to say that the conflict would be the outcome of an increase in the presentation of cyber operations.
“When I spoke with Russian President Putin, I realized that he is in charge of a country whose economy is primarily reliant on oil wells and nuclear weapons, and it has nothing else," Biden stated.
