(Austin, AU) The suspected killer of a 39-year old Nepali immigrant has been arrested. Francois O'Neil, 23, was reportedly arrested for murdering Ramesh Thapa, 39.

The accused is also suspected of being involved in another shooting that happened on Monday as his weapon matched the shell casings found at the crime scene.

Court documents say O'Neil might have been suffering from mental health issues. O'Neil has been charged of first-degree felony murder and a second-degree aggravated assault causing serious bodily injuries.

His motives of the murder and the suspected shooting are yet to be known, seemingly a random attack.
