Police arrested Riley Williams, whose ex has made claims of her stealing laptop from Nancy Pelosi's office during the instruction at the Capitol. Justice Department official informed that she has been arrested on Monday.

Sunday FBI officials said that an arrest has been filed against her for illegally entering the Capitol but not with theft.

A caller claiming to be her ex said that Williams' friend showed him a video of her taking a laptop or a hard drive from Nancy Pelosi's office. The caller alleged she intended to sell the laptop to Russian Intelligence.

Police's deputy chief Drew Hammil, confirmed on January 8 a laptop being taken from the conference room but “it was a laptop that was only used for presentations”.
