Coconuts Bali reported that he and his actress wife, Shalvynne Chang, are “super paranoid” due to Coronavirus. He shared a series on his Instagram.
“Had to make sure no one else in this flight. We ain’t flying unless it’s just us,” he wrote in one Instagram Stories post.
He uploaded a snapshot of empty flight seats on his Instagram that became a social media sensation. He is best known for flexing his luxurious lifestyle.
Not only him, but his pet dog also has a lavish lifestyle. He bought a Mitsubishi Outlander for one of his pet dogs.
According to Richard, it is cheaper to book an entire flight than to hire a private jet.
“After I’d book as many seats as possible, it was still cheaper than chartering a private jet.
“That’s the trick, fellas. #lifehacks,” the 32-year-old wrote on his Instagram story.
Lion Air Group spokesman Danang Mandala Prihantoro confirmed that Richard and his wife were traveling on Batik Air's ID-6502 from Jakarta to Denpasar on Monday afternoon, Indonesian news outlet Detik reported.
“The guest in question only has one booking code, which contains two passengers,” Danang added.
The flight could hold up to 150 economy class passengers and 12 business class passengers.
According to Coconuts Bali, It is estimated that Richard could have spent anywhere between IDR75 million (RM22,000) to IDR 110 million for a single flight.
Richard's grandmother is Tycoon Kartini Muljadi, whose net worth is US$620 million (RM2.5 billion).
His grandmother was listed 42nd in the Forbes 2020 list of 50 richest Indonesians. She also owns Tempo Scan Pacific.
Richard snorted cocaine inside the bathroom of a Pacific Place Mall restaurant in South Jakarta in 2018 and was arrested for this.
