In the latest test, 16 news positive coronavirus cases have been confirmed. A total of 1207 players and club staff members were tested in the last week, from November 9 to November 15.
The Premier League has confirmed 16 new coronavirus cases in the latest round test. Despite the second lockdown, the League will continue.
League released a statement that said: "The Premier League can today confirm that between Monday 9 November and Sunday 15 November, 1,207 players and club staff were tested for COVID-19. Of these, there were 16 new positive tests. Players or club staff who have tested positive will self-isolate for a period of 10 days."
Matches are confirmed to resume from 21st November after the current international break.
