A bus driver in Voronezh yelled at a woman, who refused to wear a mask and pushed her out of the vehicle
One eyewitness videotaped the incident on Monday
The footage shows the bus driver shouting and insulting the passenger.
“I'm not going to touch you. Audio and video are being made here. Your [inaudible] collective farm will be on NTV today. You’ll be a YouTube star, okay?” The man shouted.
After that, the driver grabbed the passenger by the jacket and pushed her out of the vehicle. He then returned to the driver's cabin, continuing to scream. The video spread quickly over the Internet, causing law enforcement agencies to look into the incident. The prosecutor's office and the police in Voronezh announced an investigation.
"A legal assessment will be given to the actions of the driver, as well as the activities of his employer in terms of the implementation of legislation in the organization of passenger transportation," the official VKontakte page of the Voronezh Region Prosecutor's Office said.
According to media reports, citing a message from the city administration, the driver was suspended from work.
The bus driver blamed the passenger for his behavior saying she had ‘got him into a state.
