A Manhattan grand jury filed criminal indictments against the company and its chief financial officer Allen Weisselberg, according to The Washington Post.

The indictments, reported by The Washington Post on Wednesday evening, will only be unsealed Thursday afternoon, leaving unclear the specific charges against former President Donald Trump’s company and its CFO, Allen Weisselberg.
According to The New York Times, Weisselberg surrendered to the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office early Thursday morning.
