GOP state attorneys general say they're committed to protecting Americans from crime or unnecessary expense because of Biden-Harris border policies.
The Biden-Harris administration is facing potential formidable foes as it looks to reverse the immigration policies of the Trump administration.
Now, Republican attorneys general – in states such as Arizona, Texas, Missouri and Louisiana – are seeking to put up obstacles to the Biden-Harris team’s efforts by fighting their agenda in court.
Fox News reported on the state officials’ efforts Saturday – the 60th day that Vice President Kamala Harris has neither visited the U.S. –Mexico border region nor held a news conference about her border-related duties since becoming manager of President Biden’s response to the migrant crisis at the border.
Each of the state attorneys general with whom Fox News spoke said they were committed to protecting American citizens from crime or unnecessary expense because of the Biden-Harris border policies.
"I am going to do everything I can to enforce the rule of law and to protect hard-working American taxpayers," Arizona Attorney general Mark Brnovich told Fox News in an interview.
