In the upcoming action thriller Nobody, Breaking Bad star Bob Odenkirk has landed his next leading role.

Together with producer David Leitch of John Wick, the Emmy-winning Odenkirk is also expected to appear as a producer on the film. This movie certainly won't leave fans of the John Wick franchise disappointed.

A new trailer for the upcoming film has been released by Universal, announcing that it will be released in cinemas early next year.

For personal reasons, Odenkirk tweeted: "I made an action movie. For personal reasons. First one being: Vengeance."

The life of Hutch Mansell, a husband, and father who is sometimes neglected and ignored is based around no one.

Two robbers break into Hutch's family home in the suburbs one night, and he doesn't bother protecting himself, his family, or his things. This leaves a frustrated and lets down feeling for his son Blake (Gage Munroe) and his wife Becca (Connie Nielsen).

Hutch is left internally battling and is led down a destructive road that will expose hidden secrets and circumstances of compromise. As they are left in a precarious situation, Hutch's family are soon to feel the impact of this. It's up to Hutch once again to rescue them from a frightening foe, but will Hutch conquer his insecurities and save the people he cares about most?

As Hutch's father, Christopher Lloyd stars, and musician-turned-actor RZA appears as Hutch's brother, whose own secret talents support Hutch in his search for revenge.
